Fresh Profit from East Lothian
Fresh Profit from East Lothian Food & Drink is a celebration of all that East Lothian has to offer to delight the gustatory senses.
The Fresh Profit from East Lothian event will take place on Monday 12th March at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh and is aimed at persuading and encouraging restaurants and hotels to buy local produce.
Fresh Profit from East Lothian’s event programme will include demonstrations from well known chefs, the opportunity for purchasers and chefs to speak directly with the producer and a chance to ‘taste the difference’ between fresh and local and alternative products!
Please note that this a trade show for businesses only, it is not a public event.
